Yes! We accept the following insurance carriers:
- Aetna
- Meritain health
- Cigna
- Oscar
- We are out of network with Blue cross blue shield (We can ONLY accept this insurance if you have out of network benefits)
*Due to licensure laws, we can only perform nutrition counseling and bill insurance companies for services in the following states: Florida, North Carolina, Arizona, California, Colorado, New Jersey, Michigan, Virginia
*If we do not accept your insurance, please choose the self pay option above for NEW PATIENTS

If you are using health insurance, and you have Aetna, then you need a referral. You can have your doctor’s office fax the referral to (877) 743-5351.
If you are paying out of pocket for nutrition services, the prices are:
- Initial Consultation $195
- Follow up 60 minutes $160
- Follow up 45 minutes $120
- Follow up 30 minutes $85
Yes! All consultations are done via telehealth. After you book your appointment, a link will be sent for a HIPPA compliant video conference call.
Healthie is the electronic platform I use to connect with my patients. This where you will fill out all necessary paperwork. This is also where I can communicate with you, send you documents, messages and more!
All nutrition appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Any late cancellations may incur a $50 fee. No show appointments may incur the full fee of the appointment. We are very reasonable, and if there are extenuating circumstances or emergencies, we will work with you.

Book an appointment
Step 1 is to book an appointment! If you are a new patient, you can call (888) 964-1975 to book if you are using health insurance. If you are self pay, you may book below.

Fill out the paperwork
Step 2 is to fill out the paperwork. Once you schedule an appointment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Healthie, which will prompt you to sign up for the free account to access all of the necessary forms.

Meet via Telehealth
Step 3 is to meet via Telehealth! Once you register for healthie, you will be provided with a HIPPA compliant video conferencing link where we will meet for our appointment.
